Liability Waiver

By participating in any Global TKD event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Acknowledgment of Risk

 

Taekwondo is a contact sport that involves risk of injury, including serious injury. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

Release of Liability

 

You release and hold harmless Global TKD, its staff, organizers, referees, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation.

 

Medical Responsibility

 

You are responsible for your own medical expenses and insurance coverage.

 

Physical Condition

 

You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate safely.

 

Parental Consent (for minors)

 

Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

 

Agreement

 

By registering and participating, you agree to this waiver in full.
